Founded in 2013 by former classroom teachers and technologists, the Digital Harbor Foundation transformed a closed-down rec center in Baltimore City into a vibrant Tech Center for youth. DHF provides afterschool youth programs for grades 3 – 12 and these programs serve as an agile, research and development lab to develop best practices for youth maker programs. These best practices and lessons learned are used to build the capacity of other educators and partners through consultations, workshops, and activity guides and resources.

Digital Harbor Foundation is offering premium memberships to its online resource for Maker Educators called “Blueprint”. Maker Promise signees will receive lifetime access to this resource (a $50/year value) for free. Follow this link to register and take advantage of this special deal!
